keeper rule: You may keep any number of players up to 8. If you keep 8 players you will lose your 1st round pick.

If you keep less than seven, you will have additional picks after the 5th round of the draft. For example, if you keep four, you will get all your original 1st-5th round picks, as well as 6th, 7th, and 8th rounders.

He hasn't activated it yet...weird thing is I typed up a post right after WG's last night saying he needs to activate it so I can see my team and decide who to keep but I guess it didn't post.

I sent a reminder through the league page which I guess he gets via email to activate it though. I couldn't see it at all at first....can't remember how I found a way to get into it even though it was inactive. I think I went into my fantasy history or something but still couldn't see anything in the league or my team, just the league name.

I thought the league had auto renewed and opened. Thanks for the heads up guys. I'll have it sorted out soon hopefully in a few hours but I took a bite of my lunch and (I'm not joking) my stomach wants to hurl

You were in G league, finishing 3rd. There is probably a decent chance we will only have 1 league outside of dynasty. It seems like our fantasy interest in the forums has deteriorated for whatever reason...probably because we have a good team....we can finally be excited about the Suns during the season.

I like both, but definitely prefer redraft leagues. I kind of like the draft more than anything else. Not too much changes in these leagues unless we have those lopsided trades for win now vs rebuild...giving you a few contenders leaving most of the rest in the dust.

To be honest, I'll be surprised if we get 16 players. Like you said bw, the suns have been better, but also things in real life have gotten much tougher for people economically in generally speaking so a lot of people just don't have that extra energy anymore and that's totally fair. Also a lot of us have been basketball superfans in addition to playing the game in some capacity in real life basically our entire lives so its natural to have those dips in enthusiasm.

Man after several years of having some hard keeper decisions on who not to keep this year it's the opposite and it will be tricky finding 7 that I actually want. Injuries and not being a good manager last season have done a number on my squad.
