I remember quite vividly I was out on both of them pre-draft. Ayton may not be Hakeem Olajuwon just yet but at least I got this one right.

If anyone from the top 3 wants to trade down in this round, up in the next, I'm interested.

I've been to one Suns game in like the last decade and it was the year they were drafted, and I have a tumbler with those three guys on it, looking serious, and Ulis is in the middle holding a basketball. As a matter of fact, it's in front of me right now. Nice souvenir. I guess when I read how pissed off people are at Ayton or Monty or whoever, I can take a look at that cup and laugh.

The amount of agony I have trying to decide the right pick here is way too high, so I'm just gonna grab the guy who I don't hate watching:


KD probably should be the pick, but I had him for too long in the Dynasty League. Harden is also probably going to have a good year, but I hate watching that man play basketball. I thought about LeBron, but I don't want a Laker to be successful. Flirted with KAT, and also thought about going full-on wildcard, but I think the shocking pick I would've made will be available when I pick again anyway.

My hatred for Luka may be blinding but I do have reasons.

I had decided on him at 5 if Luka and the top 3 were gone. I don't like him much and worry about injury too but if he plays 65 games, that's a steal. He averaged lke 30/7.5/6.5/1/1 on really good percentages last year and usually has more blocks and better %s.

Funny thing was when I was looking at the top players I hoped dropped originally I didn't want Embiid because he missed too many games, but when I checked, he played more games than Giannis and Luka last year.

His %s are not good, which is bad considering is FGA and FTA...among the highest in the league in both. I almost always lead in those categories so I will have to do a lot ot make those us. Would be nice if he could get his FT% up from 75% to 85%.
