Thankful for my fiance agreeing to marry this Suns nerd. Thankful for my parents being so supportive of us doing a very small and intimate wedding rather than inviting the world like my cousins did.

I don’t recall adding “ dog “ to the poll but I might have dementia so it’s very likely I did.

Nothing wrong with being thankful for a pet/companion

Of course not, I didn’t mean it in a bad way. I just wasn’t certain I added a pet when looking over the poll results. But if I forgot and someone added it, well than I am very thankful. :)

Why didn't you put Suns? Or Booker? Or Qwigglez?

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

If I put those options I’d have to include lilfishi, bwgood :), along with other posters. If poll options allowed at least 20 poll results I’d gladly put more names in there. I still have a few more options to fill you can fill the rest or tell me which important once I can add to the list.

WTF a bearded dragon? Is the dragon smaller or bigger than the Game or Thrones? You’ve got my interest peaked at the moment. :o

Definitely bigger. You don't see it flying around at dusk?
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

This bearded fella might be a dragon but he could barely lift 5 feet off the ground.

You're making me reminisce about the good ol days.

Spoiler:
Ryan McDonough came out spitting Steph Curry-level flames tonight. It was assumed all along that the Suns would focus on obtaining either Marquese Chriss or Dragan Bender with the fourth overall pick, but to snag both of the upstart big men was a coup that seemed too far-fetched to even dream.

McDonough spoke to conceiving a plan of sneaking back into the middle of the lottery to steal a falling Chriss as late as this morning, and it took awhile to find a team that would bite on the assets he had accumulated up to this point. Fortunately for McDonough, the Sacramento Kings are in existence for this very thing: To cash in an abundance of assets for gold while they go on to do something that the entire league immediately questions.

(Georgios Papagiannis at #13 anyone?)

The positive aura in the room and the synergy between Coach Watson and McDonough was palpable, and it is apparent that good things are beginning to take shape in Phoenix. It feels like something is being built for once -- not rushed.

It is better to be lucky than good, and the initial feeling around the Suns' facility is that they were both tonight.

Geez that draft was awfully hit or miss huh? At least the Kings didn't make out as winners of that trade either. I can't believe Thon Maker went 10.

Also happy holidays everyone. Enjoy time with your loved ones. Just this past weekend a HS classmate of mine had been murdered by some random person shooting people in their cars in Avondale. He left behind 4 kids and a pregnant wife. It is really unfortunate. So with that said... really enjoy the quality time you have with the people in your life.
