My favourite Amare moment. And a favourite Suns moment from one of the best seasons as a fan.
Love the security guy's reaction

Marion found out he was being inducted into Phoenix’s Ring of Honor via a phone call from new owner Mat Ishbia. Marion’s reaction was the same as pretty much every Suns fan across the valley.
“What was the holdup?” Marion told Arizona Sports’ Burns & Gambo.
“That is what I love about Mat. He said, ‘Listen Matrix, this should have been done with. We are correcting this right now.’ I respect that, he is a man of his word and making things happen in the Valley of the Sun.”

It's Marion's fault that we never got Garnett-and by extension a chip. Amazing how everyone still blows that guy.
We had a trade in place to get KG for him by sending him to Boston while they send their package to Minnesota. Marion refused and then Wolves and and Celts just cut us out and decided to do the deal between each other. Then he decides later on that year he wanted to go to Miami.
As for STAT, his laziness led to a number of issues all throughout his time here.

If you're playing coulda woulda shoulda, if Horry didn't shoudler check Nash, we would've won the chip. With Marion and STAT.

Meh. I'd say the bigger deal was Stern suspending Boris from that. We could've won if they had only suspended 1 of our PFs. Don't blame Horry. Scumbags gonna scumbag. It warms my heart to know he's out here trying-and failing to get himself into the HOF.

Yeah its a pretty overlooked thing that not only did we lose Stoudemire, we lost the previous seasons MIP Boris Diaw who was actually one of our starters most of the year, too.
And then the whole Donaghy/Nunez reffing story...And Bruce Bowen for some reason was allowed to both intentionally try to injure Nash and Stoudemire by kneeing Nash in the nuts/constant tripping and putting his feet under Stoudemire when landing.
Everything had to go right for the Spurs. We were better. Only a small chance the Spurs win that series if it was conducted fairly. Bruce Bowen would be suspended, our guys would not be suspended, and we win. He should not have been on the court for most of these games.
proof of prior history of his cheating:
him trying to injure stoudemire game 2
trying to injure stoudemire game 6
trying to trip nash
