I don't really take preseason seriously. Interesting you have the Warriors so high, but I mentioned in another post they could be good, depending on their youth. I have Trayce Jackson-Davis in fantasy so I am hoping he does well.
MY EC off the top of my head:
Celtics
Knicks
Magic
Pacers
Cavs
Bucks (probably could be a couple spots higher but getting a bit old)
76ers (they'd be 3rd if I knew Embiid and George would play a lot, but they likely won't...and would be very tough to beat)
Gets kind of tough here...
I think I like your rankings from the bottom. Heat could maybe do better, but i do love the Hornets youth. If healthy they could be fun with Ball, Miller, etc.
Pistons have some nice vets finally combined with emerging young guys
Bulls will be interesting with Giddey. I think LaVine is still better than people think, and if Ball comes back and plays defense, hits 3s, makes smart passes, they have a good guard combo...White is emerging too into a really good player. Their frontcourt feels a little weak, but Giddey can probably play SF or small ball PF since they have so many guards, even though he has PG skills.
I might have the Suns high, which I don't usually do..I HATE our C position. I am not so high on trading Allen like you for a forward. If I traded him I'd probably hope to throw in Nurkic and get a solid defensive C back. But I think Allen's 3pt shooting is really important since so many of our main guys try to iso too much.
