Big game tonight.

With a win we would be pretty close to 4th, just 2.5 games away and we would win the tiebreak with the Mavs.

Doncic out BUT Kyrie has been on fire lately so it's gonna be a tough game for sure.

Let's see if last win was only a Christmas gift or a start of a turn around. January is a weak schedule so 4th place is realistic though losing to anybody made me lose faith in this team.

Book and Luka having similar seasons - started slow, then both won PoW awards IIRC, now injured. Kyrie's been Mavs real MVP anyway and they look a bit more dynamic and less predictable with him running the show. Need to come out with high intensity and don't look old and slow. Dunn in SL helps with that.

Wasn't Booker projected to miss only two games ? Beal already waiting for his turn.

We should obviously be able to get up to 5th, which is where I predicted we'd finish, and with Luka out for awhile, maybe 4th. I think of the top 4 now, Dallas or Houston would be our most favorable matchup. I think Houston would be since Dallas has clutch star power and are really big.

I really want no part of Memphis. They have tons of 3pt shooting, great D, size, athleticism...pretty much everything...if they can stay healthy. They've been missing Marcus Smart a lot and still been killing people. Edey and Ja have each missed 12 games too and they are still a half game out of 2nd. I think they are the one team, if healthy, that may be able to give OKC a run for their money in the west.

We have to get this one and the effort scale needs to be heavy on our side. If we slack off, they'll murder us.

I don't know what Beal or Nurkic we're going to see tonight. Maybe now that Butler is supposedly off the table, Beal can focus and be that scorer we need to support Durant. Nurkic can still go. I couldn't care less anymore about what he's doing for the team as his effort is always a mixed bag.

Who else steps up tonight?

Memphis literally just clears out and takes you off the dribble to the rack. With how easy it is to blow by Suns defenders, that could be a terrible matchup.

Mavs should trade Luka
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Draymond is going to try to get 3 opposing players ejected with him now. Can't get out done by Nurk.

I don't know how, but we always seem to give defenders time to recover whenever we make a pass.

Watching this game has me thinking we are lucky at this point if we even make the play in.

This team is cheeks. The quicker we can trade the roster and recoup our draft picks the better . We aren't winning a title with this squad .

Watched 2/3 of the first quarter out of habit and waiting on someone else. Then it was change the channel to some actual entertainment for the night. I have no idea how anyone sits through an entire game of this. Slow, dumb, old and careless sports is not for me.
