With a W tonight we can get back to .500 winning percentage, that would be the first step to be back to a contender status.

Contending for a play in spot. The two teams in the 9 and 10 spots for 500. Though those teams are only 2 games back of the 6 spot.

I think after the top 4 or 5 though, most of those teams are pretty equal. I think Denver is probably 5th in kind of like their own mini tier, though maybe they are in the second tier. Dallas is in the top 4 if Luka is healthy but he's not. I think the top 4 is pretty clear, though I think OKC is easily #1, and Memphis #2 if healthy, but Dallas very close with Memphis if healthy. Houston is really good but I think in the playoffs, they do need that Booker type player (and to avoid elimination games). They don't have that SGA/Ja/Luka/Kyrie or even JJJ type player who will really step up and take over if needed.

We are in Nuggets tier at best. Not a real contender. Their D is like ours. No Luka/Kyrie Mavs and they are still getting destroyed. 80-90% OKC or healthy Dallas win the West IMO.

Nic Richards trade sounds mighty attractive right now.

The Hornets look like a playoff team whenever they face off against the Suns.

Forgot they were playing tonight. Funny how much differently we play with Plumlee in the middle rather than Nurkic. So much more energy and pace. Not to mention effort.

Nice dunk from Dunn but he had Plumlee wide open for like 5 seconds in the paint.

His court vision at times with the ball is like head down with not enough court awareness but he is a rookie so he gets a pass.
