Why is Williams still working on his conditioning? Did he have an injury or something that kept him off his feet or something?

They better not lose to this team without Sabonis and Murray.

The Kings will probably start

Schroder
Ellis
LaVine
DeRozan
Eubanks

I guess I'd go Allen on Schroder, Booker on Ellis, Brooks on LaVine, Dunn on DeRozan and Williams on Eubanks. Probably switch Brooks and Dunn if DD starts cooking early.

I don't think the Kings are that good and especially without Sabonis and Keegan but I do think we should probably just reset expectations completely for this season. Outside of a few preseason games, we're running a new system, there's a lot of player turnover and talent-wise, we're just not as good. It doesn't mean we couldn't match or be better than this past season but we should probably give this team some time to embed an identity and give them leeway (ie lower expectation) to figure things out.

My expectations are lower for sure than the championship or bust of the last 3 years, but an Opening Night loss to a bad Kings team would stink. I know it's only 1 of 82 but the first one just feels bigger. Idk, I want to set a good tone for the season. My realistic expectations is for the team to play a lot harder than they did in the KD era and maybe win 35-40 games if everything clicks.

Grayson Allen is listed as GTD on ESPN, so I guess we'll see. As for players out, it only shows Green.

Well, he is probable so that usually means that he will play tonight.

Allen is gonna be pretty important for us with Jalen Green out.

I'm excited too. Hopefully that lasts. I also drafted Nique Clifford in dynasty so interested to see how he looks.

Ellis is a problem on defence, dude is a menace.

Their starting frontcout is an absolute hot mess, we MUST win the rebound battle
