Who Would We Want from the Knicks ...?
Isaiah says he sees no trades coming, despite they hole they are in, which means ... nothing. He also says he wants to win a championship or two with this team ...
At the same time they are reportedly talking to Sac about Artest and offering Balkman in the package.
Who would we want if there is a NY 'going out of business" sale?
I'd love to see Balkman or Lee here, just for attitude, hustle and rebounding.

And that Chandler kid looks like he could be good in a few years...
I'm probably the only one who wouldn't mind Crawford here as a backup 1/2...
I agree with first 3 players but Crawful would be just frustrating, launching J's and disrupting the flow of our offense.

I don't mind Crawford (obviously I thought enough of him to have him on my fantasy team). But he *is* wildly inconsistent and the fact he has never played for a good team is a bit off-putting.
Having said all that a part of me definitely agrees with TASTIC. Not sure about the teaming up with LB part as both of their defending is suspect but especially with our offense I think he's the type of player that plays instinctively and that's exactly what we want. He could pour in the points over a short period of time with our offense. Has good athleticism and is a decent shooter which always goes well in our system.

I guess the problem there then becomes can both Barbosa and Crawful co-exist?
That's what I'm wondering too....both seem to be similar players, and both are only effective when they have the ball.

The thing with Crawford is that he CAN handle like a point, whereas Barbosa gives it up to either Hill or Diaw as soon as he gets past halfway, or he alternatively goes head down and on his lonesome. Crawford and Barbosa would be a NIGHTMARE to try and shutdown off the bench together, the D couldn't let up so we could keep playing small ball when Nash is out, as opposed to slowing it down with Barbosa/Bell/Hill/Diaw/Skinner

I think the Suns could use D'antoni.
