i mean, in general I really likes that anger, attitude, toughness etc, but he goes too far with it, and if people think we had chemistry issues before, just imagine what this freak would do to us

im on the HELL NO to artest bandwagon

That Harpring's a TOUGH guy. No nonsense football background...Looks like a choir boy, but he never takes a back step as some in the comments section said

 Still funny but.

Anyways, that second T wasn't warrented. He probably should have got T'd up when he fouled AK47 and yelled, "no layups". (Atleast that is what I think he said.) That is intimidation, if Dikembe can get T'd up for waving his finger then someone can get T'd up for yelling after a hard foul.

He pushes the boundaries. Most of those actions if they were to happen in one game, and by another person then someone wouldn't even look twice, but coz it is him and coz he does it all in the same game then it gets scrutinized.

Don't get me wrong, what he did in that game wasn't for the best of the team. But there have been worse actions before.

EDIT: Oh yeah. I also don't want him on the Suns.

I'm not even sure the antics on the court are the biggest problem. It's his off the court problems that would make him a big no-go for PHX. Whether it's trashing locker rooms or beating up his wife/girlfriend or quiting on his team to pursue record production. It's all too much of a circus to me. And he isn't even as good of a defender as he used to be.

He plays like that because thats probably the only way he can express his anger and sadness, remember his daughter. Well diferent playes react to things like that in different ways, for exaple Finsher is very smart guy and isnt doing anything stupid like Ron. Its just a matter of what kind of personality you have.

Like I said it's not the on the court issues that I would have a problem with. The guy has shown the maturity of a 5 y/o in the past.

I saw this on the GB ... I still wouldn't want him anywhere near PHX.

Even tho I don't think he has done anything that awful in the footage they've shown it's just that lack of concentration from constantly acting (or actually being) crazy.

Too many sheep loose in the topic paddock for my liking. Don't know what the guy is gonna do next. One day he's gonna be the best basketball player in the world, the next he's gonna want to open up a haberdashery store in a quaint little town.

agreed - though i really like that "on the edge crazyness / dirtyness / toughness / attitude, and personally, its the way i play :-( i just dont want to mess with our chemistry

would be interesting to see him in a suns uniform, but lets keep it imaginary

I'd rather have him then Diaw. Boris shows up for 10% of the games. If we have Artrest for 50% of our games after you consider suspensions, random incidents, and personal issues...he's still give us 40% more then Diaw.

Can't agree more. I think deep in his heart Ron is a good person and means very well, he's just horrible at handling his emotions. If you've got a lot of negative emotions (stress, depression, worry, anger etc) you tend to get more edgy. That, and the fact that continuing stress actually influences the way your frontal lobe of the cortex works it inhibits your decisionmaking abilities and some other cognitive functions seem to fit Ron Ron entirely at times. I think what happened in this video is a good example of that.

Keep him off the team. A team like the Suns thrives off chemistry, you can't toy around with that too much.
