Just remember this if it happens...you've already verified that I know people.

Seriously, I can't think of any deal we could make that would make me happy about obtaining Shaq's contract unless we are somehow getting Wade as well.

Me neither...but I've heard Banks/Trix and Boris was in the office as well...so do what you want with that info.

It would be HORRIBLE. Especially at a time when the team is playing well.

Not saying you are lying but I think someone might have their wires crossed about why they were in there (especially for Shaq! yikes, the guy can barely run and we are gonna throw 20m and 3 of our best rotation players at him?).

What are you talking about. Enough of this ridiculous drivel. It cracks me up to read about these so called "insiders" that think they know about trades before they happen. Rarely is it ever accurate. It's pretty easy to predict that "something big will happen" and then dissapear into obscurity and never be heard from again. Go back to your belltower!

FWIW I'm quite satisfied that he knows someone within the organisation but that certainly doesn't mean that some mis-information can come from it.

ie. It's the type of position where they would know who entered the office but not what the conversation was about.

If we get Shaq than i will stop rooting for suns. Man, i will try hard to still support them but it would be tough, I just hate this guy.

Well i guess we can use him for maybe 30 games a season at best because of his injuries.

It's not even about who comes and goes from the office...a sheet of glass doesn't exactly soundproof a room.

And it's all legit info...whether it amounts to anything is the real point. They "talk" about damn near every player...they don't request film of the Heat and Damon Stoudamire everyday however...all while talking to Riley, and Damon's agent. But that's just me.

I cannot fathom how Shaquille O'Neal will benefit the Suns, with D'Antoni and the system currently implemented.

Haslem? Because Haslem is the exact type of player the Suns need next to Marion and Stoudemire.

Shaq's value is at 20mil btw...so Shawn and Banks cover that easily. Does that mean Miami has to kick down some money to the Suns...I don't know that much. I thought Shaq was at 25+...

Please no. I'll stand outside and protest the idea of acquiring Shaq if this develops anymore.

Sadly I'm on the fence on this one -- Only because I was a HUGE fan of Shaq when I was a kid and he was with Orlando.

I know it would make the team worse, but I'm no going to lie, I'd be the first one to buy tix + Shaq Jersey to go next to my Nash jersey. Call me an idiot, but I would consider giving up Marion & Boris for Shaq.

Nash
Raja
G-Hill
Amare
Shaq

Wow...I know it doesn't make sense, but wow...

Word on the street is Marion and Banks...not Marion and Boris.

this would NEVER happen

shaq in a dantoni system? not a rats chance in hell

the only way this would happen is if they plan to sack dantoni at the same time
