Biggest trades in Suns history.

To me there has never been a question: Larry Nance for Kevin Johnson, Mark West, Ty, and a pick that became Thunder Dan is the deal to end all deals as it invigorated a franchise and turned a bad team into an elite team when coupled with the first ever unrestricted free agent signing in Tom Chambers.

The 1992 trade of Horny, Lang, and Perry for Chuck is an easy 2nd as it took this team to the NBA Finals.

Nash to Dallas for the pick that became Shawn Marion - pretty darn solid considering we got Steve for his years that really mattered.

The trade for Kidd? Kidd for Steph? Steph and Penny for cap space that became 2XMVP?

It just seems to me the ultimate may have been pulled should Shaq give us 60% of what he is promising. I for one believe he can do that and more, and I think he owes it to us and will do it. Remember where you were when you heard...

What was even better with the Nash to Dallas trade is we got him back and kept Marion too!

Cassel, Horry, Ced (I think) for Kidd was it? Def a good trade...

As well as the trading of Steph and Penny to NY for cap space which became Steve Nash again, as well as Q. GREAT Trade. Its revitalized this team in a time of needed revitalization.

I think I'd argue that the Barkley trade was the best trade. Worst trade easily the Majerle trade for Hot rod Williams.

I think it was Finley, Cassell and Mark bryant for Kidd, Loren Myer, tony dumas or something along those lines. Might be missing a player or two.

Horry was traded to LA for Ced.

edit: It was AC Green not Mark Bryant. Looked it up

the first Mcdyess trade would have been very good had he not bolted after a year.

Yeah I think some people forget how good Mcdyess really was. He was a 20 and 10 guy at the beginning of his career. When I first saw Amare play I thought of a young Mcdyess.
