Suns roster when stat was out (05-06)

Post#1 » by tmacformvp07 » Tue Feb 26, 2008 8:35 pm

can you guys give your starting 5 and key players off the bench when stat was out for season.

i think the rockets need to do what you guys did when stat was out, cuz now yao is out for season and rocket playoff hopes are diminishing.

that year the suns went to game 6 of conference finals and if i remember correctly, losing bell was the nail in the coffin for you guys.

Western Conference is quite a bit better this year. Sorry man but you guys are screwed without Yao. Goodluck next year though.

Our starting 5 was Nash, Bell, James Jones, Marion, Diaw

Our bench consisted of Tim Thomas, Barbosa, Kurt Thomas.

We would have been better off had Kurt not been injured as well.

Yep. We were trotting out six players in our rotation when Bell was out in the Western Conference Finals. And we still took them to six games.

Shoulda won that damn series.

Did you watch the team that year? House won a lot of games with his streaky shooting. Fell off bit in the playoffs but still played.

^^Yeah, House's shot was usually money in crunch time n he was def a pretty important part of our rotation

Nah, more like starting 5 = Nash/Bell/Marion/Diaw/KT, and bench = Barbs/JJ/House/(Burke) most the year

Then after February when KT went down and we picked up TT we went :
Nash/Bell/JJ/Marion/Diaw, with TT/Barbs/House off the bench.

Houston's season is prolly screwed no matter what, the west is way 2 strong this year
