gotta love these faker fans. They all have jumped back on the lakers bandwagon. LA is the biggest bandwagon city in the world. Fairweather fans indeed. I used to live there, and most are pethetic.

Lets see what happens at the end of the season when your team falls short.

That's what happens when you get your ass kicked out the playoffs yearly...regardless of what happens in the regular season.

But again...they come out of the woodwork when the Lakers are decent. Hell, I'm even starting to see Laker flags flying here in LA again...they were gone since Shaq left. This town has the absolute WORST fans in the nation by a significant margin.

How do you know that a Lakers fan made that video? If I had to guess, I would say it was a Heat or frustrated Suns fan that made it, or maybe someone just looking to get a rise out of people.

Whatever the case, it's just comedy, so relax.

I'm judging by the amount of Laker fans that leave comments in alot of those videos as well.

EDIT: also the text with that video says: "Lakers , Where Bynum (Andrew the Kid ), Kobe (Black Mamba) ; Gasol (the Spanish fly) ; Odom (The goods) , D-Fish and championships happen. "

I'm guessing it's a laker fan.

How about everyone kust focuses on their own team.

I'm going to keep on supporting my Suns.

You can keep on supporting your Lakers.

We'll see each other a couple of times each season and that will be our relationship.

No more of this posting useless crap on our boards just to piss people off. We've already lost two guys because they got provoked into responding to bs like this.

Thanks.

I'm out.

Right, so its probably not fair to make such sweeping generalizations about a teams city and fans.

We do have probably more fans then most teams in the league and that is based on local southern California population and worldwide population.

I am not here to defend the trolls but many of them that post here in such ways are not even Laker board regulars.

I dont see any disconnect with true Laker fans and true Suns fans. We both want our teams to win and we are both fierce rivals.

The fact of the matter is we have 10x's the fans as probably the suns and there are some that come here and rattle cages and I for one dont approve of it, just pointing out that some of the generalizations are little much.

It's not even the Lakers fans ONLY...it's ALL Los Angeles fans. I have lived here for 20 years and I get to deal with it (and Boston fans, who have also come out of the woodwork lately) on a daily basis. Go to a game, show up in the 2nd quarter (or 3rd inning) and roll out with about 7 min. left in the 4th (or the 8th inning). It's horrible here. Sure, there are a few thousand die hards left over, but the vast majority are horrible.

Well I will disagree. I have lived here for 35 years and everyone within my world have always been diehard laker fans.

re: games. Well, its expensive and its more of a scene for some then a game outing. You cant hold it against those who are not rich and or famous when our population is so large.

I think you are generalizing here. A few thousand? I am sorry , disagree.
Cheers. — Mags
