Should NBA Enact a Hard Cap?
Since the league gets to determine if a team can use a loop hole to circumvent trade restrictions, why not just go to a hard cap?

i think the current system with the luxury tax etc will have to be adjusted when the current CBA expires, but i dont see a hard cap being the answer
in australia here they use a points system to grade players and you can only have a certain number of points on your team, what a freakin joke that is
i would like a hard cap of some sort, but dont see it happening

I think a hard cap creates more problems than it actually solves. It also makes it much harder for teams IMO to get better through trades. Sure it would create less player movement, probably something the league would like, but not great for the fans.
I also think that the NBA would have buckleys chance of getting the PA top agree to a hard cap.
