Nash's summer plans

Post#1 » by jazzy_jeff » Wed Apr 30, 2008 5:47 pm

This is a question for my fellow Canucks on here:

Do you think the fact that the season has ended early -- and so dissapointingly -- that Nash might reconsider his plans to play for Team Canada in Olympic qualifying this summer?

Hell no. The guys is dead. He will travel, rest, and get motivated. he knows they have no chance, so why waist the time, or a possible injury when he wants to win an nba championship?

I doubt it.... that'd be exciting if he decided to but the guy can only play so much basketball.

Steve might make one last run though just for our country.

That's what I think.

Indeed, he can only play so much basketball -- but this is his earliest exit since 2000. However, if he were to join Canada, he would have to play qualifying first before the Olympics.
