I have been a Suns fan since 2005. I became a Suns fan just watch the 2005 NBA Playoffs they were so exciting to watch and I just love their style of basketball.

I just want to know how long have you people been Suns fans? And how did you people become Suns fans?

I was born in PHX and my dad worked marketing for Southwest Airlines and... since they were and still are the official sponsor, we got free tickets every once and awhile.

I soon had a Dan Majerle poster on my wall and the rest is history. The first thing that sticks out in my memory is watching the championship series against the Bulls.

Suns fan since Suns drafted Amare. I have been to Phoenix once in 2005 for a work and I like the huge cactuses around.

My older bro is a Suns fan and I pretty much got brainwashed. My first memory of them was the 1993 Playoffs. I was 5 years old at the time. I remember sitting in front of the TV when Paxson hit the shot to end it. I was wearing a Bulls shirt (MJ, I guess) but was crying my eyes out.

Will be a Suns fan as long as I live.

Wow, it feels like I have been a Suns fan my entire life. But really it has officially only been one season. I am what you would call a Grant Hill groupie, a slut for lack of a better word. :D

Grant Hill will retire a Sun, barring a mid season trade, which really wouldn't make any sense unless it was to equal an incoming salary, but even then it wouldn't seem like it would happen. With this in mind, I will be a Suns fan forever and a day. There is only one scenario which would stop me from being a Suns fan for ever.

Anyways, I have a saying in regards to my support for the Suns. "I have been a Suns fan my whole life......................it just took until Grant Hill signed with them until I realized."

I was always an Orlando fan because of Penny and Shaq etc, and my west team was the Suns because of Barkley and KJ...then my old lady bought me one of those Godzilla vs Barkley t shirts and I got hooked...I remember when we drafted Nash and thinking "who the hell is this little punk? A Canadian born in South Africa?" Guess that worked out ok...

And when Penny was S&T'd here it solidified the Suns as my one and only team...

I've been a Suns fan since 93 NBA finals. What really suck me in was Kevin Johnson and one of his dunks against one of the Cavs players. I will be a Suns fan until the day I die, hopefully I will get to experiance a couple of championship before I die. I really like the Matt Barnes signing, he reminds me a little of a smaller Tim Thomas but with better defense. If somehow we can resign Brian Skinner I would feel more comerftable with this team.

All in all, the Suns are my only favorite professional team so it kind of suck at this moment becouse I want the NBA seasons to start asap!!

GO SUNS!!!

I've loved the suns as far back as I can remember. My mom tells me that when I was 4 or 5 that if you didn't talk basketball to me you didn't talk to me. I really don't remember much before Barkley came to town. I was 8 then and my favorite player was Richard Dumas. ha ha yeah Richard Dumas.

I just remember some commotion around my house when Barkley got traded to Phoenix, and then I remember my dad plucking me down in front of the TV to watch him as much as humanly possible. The first real memory I guess I have(and I'm not even sure anymore....I was 4, and now that we've all heard/read/seen those old clips over and over again, I can never really tell whether or not I actually "remember" them from when they actually happened) is Paxon's 3. Pretty much ever since then, but again, it's hard to remember things from when the mid nineties. I can probably say that I CONSCIOUSLY can full-on recall things starting when I was 6(95, effing Houston), and that's when I finally really began my undying devotion to this team. Of course, I was a huge MJ fan too, so that helped.

Ever since I was born in 1980. I remember the good old days when they played at the mad house on mcdowell. I remember Larry Nance as a young kid. I remember when Thunder Dan was drafted and when we traded for KJ and Barkley. I also remember how good TC was, and wished I could grow up to be as tall as he was. Well, I ended up 10 inch shorter.

Growing up in Western New York, I didn't have a local team, but I did have a bunch of family in Phoenix. Basketball was off my radar until I became a Suns fan, which was during the '92-'93 Barkley MVP/Finals season. Barkley & the Suns were all over the news that year, even on the East coast, and I became a fan of first the Suns, then the NBA/basketball. For a while, I was a Knicks fan as well, because their my Dad's team, but that faded sometime around college.

My family moved to Phoenix when I was 6 in 1993. I cried my eyes out after Paxson hit the shot. I've been a Suns fan ever since. I moved here to Seattle 7 years ago but the Suns have always been and always will be my team.

I have been a Suns fan for as long as I cared about basketball. My earliest real memory of the Suns is Game 5 against Boston in 1976. The Suns have been breaking my heart ever since.
