Good to see Dragic rise up and hit a 3-ball. Barnes is starting to settle into the rotation, I love it!

Also, what is Robert Hite doing - did the Suns take him on for 1 game or something? I thought he was signed as a reserve for the Nets....

What's up with Lopez? This guy can't stay out of foul trouble. Even against teams with weak interior offense (ie ATL) he still can't stay on the court.

Maybe the pace of NBA?

I always thought that every rookie bigman that joined the NBA had some foul troubles whilst adjusting to the pace.

Just wanted to stop by and say what a joy it is to watch Nash.

That's all.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Awesome #s from Barnes, Tucker and Drajic:

Matt Barnes - 19 points - 13 rebounds - 3 assists in 50% shooting 29 minutes
Alado Tucker 21 points - 6 rebounds - 1 assist 70% shooting 23 minutes :o
Goran Drajic - 5 points - 3 rebounds and 3 assists in 50% shooting 20 minutes

Tucker has so far been treating preseason games like those summer league games.

Lopez is averaging 0.3 fouls per minute so far. :(

Most probably a turn-around shot, which would explain the awkward angle.

Tucker has been quite a surprise. I know he was hitting a few shots in the scrimmage and did fairly well in the summer league, but it would translate to 21pts - 6rebs - 70% fg in preseason. Maybe once teams recognize he's a threat they'll clamp down on him more.

Barnes had an off game yesterday, but redeemed himself today. Good to see someone else other than Shaq trying to shoulder the rebounding load. I'm expecting a lot more double digit rebounding from Barnes.

Dragic has been performing like a 2nd rounder should. It's good to see that even though he isn't contributing a whole lot, he isn't hurting our game. Isn't too bad considering it's his second game at NBA pace.

Lopez has been pretty damn disappointing in both games. But psyclone1982 is probably right. Maybe give him a few more games to adjust and he should be alright

i'd have to say the most suprising stat of the night would be singletary with 4 rebounds! lol. Tucker played great again however, once barbosa returns i think its going to be hard for him to get quality minutes behind him and bell. I love the kid and im really rooting for him to have a breakout season this year. I hope he can keep up his production and really wow the coaches though. If Dragic doesn't pan out an LB plays some point then maybe alando can crack the roto. This My first post by the way so hello to everybody!

yah, you learn in basic-school to turn youre toes to the basket while shooting. disgusting that noone has told robin this so far...

who is r.hite??? did i miss something? when was he signed??

i think if tucker goes off this year it would make sense to trade lb. i´m not a big fan of his play.

how is amundson playing??

Props to the great one

If this was the euro league Lopez's game would be just fine. In the NBA you can be called for breathing air. It's a tough league to play basketball and not get a whistle.

How did Shaq managed to avoid getting a frickin rebound in a game which he played for 21 minutes! Put a dem oak tree under the basket and it'll grab at least 5 rebs in 20 minutes.

Dragic and Singletary are easily upgrades over Banks and Strawberry, and thats all the Suns have ever needed. As long as Singletary isn't dropped for Hite ugh.

lopez's stance looked alot like cartwrights old stance when he shot but that is just from a pic. cartwrights release was different though. i always thought he had the weirdest shot ive ever seen. even more awkward than marion.

give the kid some time. It usually takes big men a little longer to get used to the game down low. The stance was weird, but might have been a in between stance, Idk. That sh** is ugly tho. The guy has been a giant for most of his life down in the paint that now there are guys as big, or bigger than him.

I don't understand how shaq or Lopez gatherd 1 rebound????

Barnes was solid, and its good to see Tuck do well so far. Hope this gets him into the rotation.

Euro league is soft Mr. Sun. Those guys go Manu all the time and flop like....... (you fill in the blank)
