Barbosa Trade Proposal - Earl Watson and future 1st

I know I know, we have Diaw and Barbosa trade proposals all the time. But this one I really like. What do you guys think?
Phx outgoing
Leandro Barbosa $6,100,000 in 08/09 and $6,600,000 in 09/10
OKC outgoing
Earl Watson $6,200,000 in 08/09 $6,600,000 in 09/10 then contract is up
2010 1st round pick (originally ours!!)
The salaries are virtually identical and both teams pick up immediate and future value. OKC gets a quick scoring guard in Barbosa that can play well next to a guy like Russell Westbrook (big point that can guard ones and two's). Plus Barbosa is locked up on a good contract for the next 3 years after this.
On our end, Phx gets the veteran backup point guard ready to contribute right away, allowing Dragic more time in the D league to play big minutes and get his confidence up. Additionally, Watson's contract comes off the books in 09/10 - same time as Shaq, Nash, and Bell. This frees up more money for free agents that year and would be almost 40 million off the books that year. Plus, Watson is saying he wants out of OKC right now anyways according to Hoopshype.
Get on the phones Kerr and Presti!! Thoughts?
