who would you put the blame on for this?

Porter for not installing and teaching a clear system for coverage, the players for lack of effort, both?

I didn't watch that game, and I'm happy that I didn't. This team is a defensive joke. I'm starting to despise Amar'e's attitude and lack of effort, and I think trading him is our best option. Trade him, hire Iavaroni, and peace this season.

Look at the thread I made earlier about the Suns defense, the only flaw with that system is that it leaves teams open for the mid range shot.

The Suns would probably be better defensively if they still had Amare playing center and guarding the opposing teams C which would usually not be such a offensive threat.
The team is stuck between a rock and a hard place because on one hand Shaq is a terrible defender when it comes to pick and rolls but on offense he can abuse them down low and create double teams.
