What would it take for Dallas to get Shaq?

Maybe even Nash if you can think about it. It would work well if you have the future in mind. Dallas would definately be in win now mode.

Howard

I dunno...those two guys I'd only deal if they specifically asked to get out

Amare seems to be first to go - so until we see what we get for him, looks like the waiting game...

if you get rid of nash and shaq, amare would then be number one and he will be happy. Change philosophy around him. He is 26 and awesome.

I would do a Shaq for Kidd( expiring 21 mil) deal. You still trade Amare for LaMarcus and Raef expiring contract. The I would call the Knick and trade Nash for Al Harrington ( expiring) and Nate Robinson.

Suns new lineup:
Jason Kidd (21 mil expiring)
Jason Richardson
Grant Hill
Al Harrington (9.2 mil expiring)
LaMarcus Aldrige

Bench
Matt Barnes
Leandro Barbosa
Nate Robinson
Lou Admuson

Why for the Suns:
The Suns would built around Jason Richardson, LaMarcus and Barbosa. Then the Suns would have around 40 mil of cap space so they can offer Boozer and Marion about 10 mil a piece for 1 year. Then the Suns would go after Dwayne Wade... pipe dream...

^ All seems fine, until I see that we have probably the 2 worst rebounding FORWARDS in the game, and one of them will have to play center; NOT COOL.

My massive rebuild: http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/t ... &te=&cash=

Jason Kidd(expiring)
Jason Richardson
Grant Hill(expiring)
Al Harrington(expiring)
LaMarcus Aldridge(2010 expiring)

Bench:
Chris Duhon(2010 expiring)
Leandro Barbosa
Rudy Fernandez(2010 expiring)
Brandon Bass(expiring)
Lou Amundson(2010 expiring)

Third String:

Gerald Green(expiring)
Jared Dudley(2010 expiring)
Raef LaFrentz(expiring)
Robin Lopez

Pretty much a clean slate after this season, and a lot of young prospects to choose from.

Marion and Banks would apparently do the trick.

Very Interesting....However, this kind of deal opens the Suns up for a great 2010 signing era, however Porter isn't a run-n-gun coach. This new team would be Perfectly suited for D'Antoni.

I like the concept of the deals though, and the new team would be intriguing.
