Biggest match-up yet since the return of SSOL. This will be more than just a game for Phoenix. Without Amare and possibly without a (healthy) Nash, this should tell a lot if the Suns are playoff-worthy or lottery bound.

So if they lose to LA without Nash it will show that they aren't playoff worthy??
Losing with Nash won't tell anything, either. LA is clearly better than us..and the rest of the West. I fully expect to get blasted tomorrow night.

Awful
Awful
Awful
Awful
Awful?
Fixed.
In all seriousness I don't think anyone could expect us to beat the lakers, we saw how Rondo carved us up imagine what Kobe could do if he wanted to, that being said, We should still be able to keep it reasonable and be in there with a sniff in the 4th quarter.

I don't expect us to win, I just hope we'd be able to stay in the game and like you said, maybe keep it close coming into the 4th.

As Damon Runyon said, "The race is not always to the swift or the victory to the strong, but that's the way to bet it."
I sort of hope Nash sits out, gets some rest, heals up. His shooting has been off since the break. I reckon it's his shoulder again.

--- part of that was the Porter system and the shots he was getting, but his % is still very good.

I hope Kobe has his way. We lose to the Lakers when Odom and Gasol do well, not when Kobe does well.
Kobe going for 50 would be the best thing possible.

Just got a txt from suns.com, no Nash tonight

. We really need to find a way to win this one because no one else in the playoffs race has been losing enough to let us in. Everytime we win, they win....
