Question about Nash on Twitter

Post#1 » by CanadianKnicksFan » Wed Mar 18, 2009 10:54 am

Hey guys,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before(checked the last couple pages but didn't see anything), but I found Steve on twitter, two twitter profiles, and i just wanna know if any of them are real.

Also is Shaqs real? I imagine it is since players like Charlie V and Bosh are following and same with Around the Horn.

Thanks and good luck for the 8th spot!

Nash, Shaq, and Jason Richardson are on Twitter, as is Alvin Gentry.

I know that they are all real because I see them at my work all the time and I have met Shaq thru Twitter on more then 1 occasion.

@alvingentry

Also, there are quite a few more NBA players on Twitter, Charlie Villanueva being the most popular as of late.

yup ^^ spot on, those are the real players

however Jrich once sent a message while he was on the court, so whilst a number of the messages he writes are definately him, others must be sent by managers or friends etc

charlie V is CV31 or something like that, andrew bogut is AndrewMBogut (there is an imposter using his real name) baron davis tweets alot too

its great to have this interraction wth them - shaq is leading the way though for sure

Its a very good idea to add Shaq to your twitter and set it to send updates to your phone. He frequently posts messages and every couple days or so he will post something like "I am at the fashion square mall, first person to tag me gets two tickets to tomorrows game" And it really is him, there are a few blogs all over with posts about people actually getting these messages and going there and finding him.

Check that out. Pissed me off cause I was right across the street from the ritz carlton only 2 hours earlier that day for lunch.

What does "tag me" mean?

Too bad I don't live in PHX, I'd learn all about this Twitter stuff.

Oh Godddddddd......this is NOT what I want to hear right now.

Hey Nash, shut up and keep your political opinions to yourself so I can continue to root for you in good faith.
