There may be a deal there, but I don't think you got it yet. I don't think that PHX will have too much interest in Gordon given we have Richardson and Barbosa that play the position as well as Gordon. Tyrus is interesting, and could be the basis, but I think there needs to be picks, and way more talent coming back also
Tyrus, Hinrich, Salmons, Tim, James
for
Stoudemire, Richardson, Dudley
Nash/ Hinrich/ Dragic
Salmons/ Barbosa
Hill/ T. Williams (#14)
Tim Thomas/ Tyrus Thomas/ Amundson
Shaq/ RoLo

I hope your not serious. At this point, I don't think the bulls would trade Rose for even dwight or kobe, he just means too much to the city and has too much potential

you honestly think the bulls wouldnt trade rose for howard? it would be stupid not too. howard will be the most dominating big man for the next 10 years, rose will be good, but i would take paul over him anyday. I even think the bulls would trade rose for kobe, you add kobe to that team and they are in the finals.

since most suns fans are amare haters and hinrich worshippers, you could get him for hinrich plus fillers if they were Kerr. if you could take off suns bad contracts like JRich for expiring, we'd give u some picks to that, too~

THIS
+ Aaron Gray if possible
Then package the 14th + 16th + Bobcats pick + Tucker + Barnes to move up and draft Harden...
Shaq/Gray/RoLo
Tyrus/Amundson/Deng
Deng/Hill/Dudley
Harden/LB
Nash/Hinrich/Dragic
FTW

Amare, JRich, and Dudley for Tyrus, Hinrich, Salmons, Tim has some merit...I definately like that Hinrich could be our defensive guard to keep guys like Williams, Pual, Parker, etc in check. Having someone like Tyrus would be nice too, a little defense around the basket. That is a lot of our scoring walking out the door though. Say what you will about Amare and JRich, but either one of those guys could go off for 50 any given night.

Agree dantian. If the suns are going to trade Amare for that avg crap the pulls have, I say hell no. I know many hate amare for some lame reason all of a sudden, but the dude is still a top 5 PF in the game! Again, you will send this team into the dark ages if we trade him for junk the bulls send over.

I'd rather have Salmons and Thomas than Deng.
Something about the length of Deng's contract is what worries me.
You could also work out Tucker for one of their TEs.

Scoring is the biggest issue. I would hope to turn around and swap Shaq for a good scoring guard...maybe for Carter and Boone. That would leave the lineup at:
Nash/ Hinrich/ Dragic
Carter/ Barbosa/ T. Williams (#14)
Salmons/ Hill/ Dudley
Tim T/ Ty T/ Amundson
Boone/ RoLo
or in a 3-way with the Clips and NYK for Camby and Harrington with Kaman headed to NY
Nash/ Hinrich/ Dragic
Barbosa/ T. Williams (#14)
Salmons/ Hill/ Dudley
Harrington/ Tim T/ Ty T/ Dudley
Camby/ RoLo

I honestly don't. The guy is a martyre in Illinois, seriously. His ties to the city are like Paul's to New Orleans. Rose just means so much to the city because he grew up there, and he publicly expressed how badly he wanted to be in a Bulls uniform before the draft last year.
I don't understand why you would take paul over him, IMO. Rose had better rookie numbers than Paul, Williams, and Wade, and..he arguably had one of the best playoff debuts in NBA history as a rookie.
Kobes peak is gone and he'll start declining soon..so I honestly think Chicago would value Rose over Howard and Kobe.
Many of our fans think Rose has GOAT potential at the point guard position, and a lot of fans all around think Rose is already the most physically gifted point guard ever to play the game. If he hits his potential IMO he'll make chris paul look like a kid.
didn't paul even say himself that he's blessed to be compared to Rose or something like that? idk its a postgame interview youtube video i saw

This sounds good to me. Rose and Noah are untouchable right now, and the bulls wouldn't really be willing to part ways with Salmons because he plays well alongside Rose.
Luol Deng is an excellent player when he's healthy but he doesn't seem to complement Rose's game to well. Rose will blossom into a lethal scoring guard, (tony parker-ish) and I think Deng needs the more pass first kinda point guard like the Kirk Hinrichs, Steve Nashs, Jason Kidds, etc.)
I think with the new gm Gar Forman we can hopefully be expecting to see an attempt between the Suns and the Bulls to work something out.
Another quick question: Is there any regret on this board for that trade with Charlotte? There shouldn't be. I've always loved JRich, and I think he just needs time to be effective in the Suns offensive schemes. He brings a lot to the table

Yes there is regret. The guy plays subpar defense and his basketball iq is extremely low. He would fit in on a team that has good defenders around him, unfortunately he's surrounded by bad defenders so he's exposed even more so.
