what are your thought on this?

The Suns are still the most sucessfull team in the valley. I know people are talking about the Cardinals alot and I like them also but when football comes around it's only one game per week, as for the Coyotes they might move and the Diamondbacks are a mess. The only way I see fans turning on the Suns is if they become a 20 win team or something, if they still remain competitive I don't see much changing.

We're a fair weather state. Win and you'll get supported. Lose for an extended amount of time and that support will disappear.

true. i dont think my support has changed at all id say its just more bitterness than anything. being used to making the playoffs and dominating teams even though we got worked in the playoffs by the spurs was still ok with fans. but not being in the playoffs and all the stars talking bout parting ways will have a play on any city or franchise.

At the moment its more disgust with the management alot of fans have, simple as that. Theres been a road map here for a long time and it was simply discarded because a big man would make us win the championship. Well truth is management literally ripped away from the suns fans some of the most enjoyable basketball they have ever witnessed. Of course there will be backlash! The reporters here all are critics and to some point should take some of the blame for the city allowing them to be a voice of the state. Everyone of them constantly ripped the Suns even when they had the best record in the west.

Btw: 30pct of the population is in some form of construction / vendor and when the recession hit many just do not have the money
