would never happen - hornets would only dump chandler to save money - adding Jrich to their glut of overpaid swingmen (peja / posey etc) wouldnt help

I wouldn't do this. I want Barbosa off the bench, not starting. Why trade Richardson for him when we can trade Wallace? We could use Richardson in another deal to acquire a SG. And the Hornets would never do this.

Why not do the best of both worlds???

J-Rich + B. Wallace
for
T-Chad + Posey + Mo Will

Done. But LA, Boston and SA are the only teams who get great trades... Artest at 29 for the MLE!!! WTF???? And Turk gets 53 Million?

Or they could be worried about Chandler's health and want to trade him before he gets re-injured. I could see Jrich fitting in. They'll have a lot of shooting threats with J rich. Just like us too, they've been missing that inside outside scorer that can take the ball to the hoop.

Makes no sense for the Hornets. Like others have said, they are looking to shed contracts not take on another. Though I would do it, then try and move Wallace for a defensive wing player.

Jrich and Wallace for Chandler Posey and filler is interesting. I would hope Jrich has a little more value than just Posey though.

I'd leap at that, but agree that the Hornets probably wouldn't do it. Money-wise it's pretty even, so I guess there's a chance the Hornets figure that a low injury risk player is better than a high injury risk player.

Makes quite a bit of sense basketball-wise. Gives the Suns a good defensive C to pair with Amare, and J-Rich is a massive upgrade over whomever the Hornets were starting at the 2. (Rasual Butler?)

I didn't think they could trade Wallace with another player. Not sure on that, though.

I'd much rather use the Wallace contract to acquire Chandler and trade Richardon.

Richardson for Kirilenko if they throw in that 1st round Knicks pick

Richardson for Mcgrady(Most of his contract would be paid by insurance)

sign a couple of vets, Daniels and Frye

Chandler
Amare
AK47
Barbosa
Nash
---
Daniels
Dudley
Frye
Clark
Lou
RoLo
Dragic
Tucker
Another vet PG/SG...I'd offer Tucker + Griffin to MIL for Charlie Bell

The funny thing is that lineup is very possible if we had a competent GM. To bad we can't just vote on moves on this board for the front office to do *Sighs*
