Why arent the Suns going for him for the MLE?

This guy could be great for the Suns pairing up with Amare.

Doesnt Bass have a sweet jump shot? He is a good post up scorer as well.

He can knock down the 10-12 ft jumper and is a decent athlete, not worth it though let Cubs resign him
