Super sweet! If G-Hill leaves that would be a great pickup as long as he checks his attitude at the door.

Reunited!!!

Nash/ Dragic
Richardson/ Barbosa/ Tucker
Marion/ Dudley
Stoudemire/ Frye (FAVM)/ Amundson
Chandler/ RoLo

Any chance of sending Richardson to ATL for Johnson?? LOL

Imagine a lineup of Nash, Johnson, Marion, Stoudemire and Chandler.

It would have to be a 2 year deal for the MLE with a player option for the 2nd year. That would get Shawn to the FA2010 sweepstakes, where he would be sure to get a better contract than right now.

We may look to Marion, but I have a hard time seeing him come back. Depends on what else is out there for him. Even though I love Marion and want to see him back

Actually, forget Frye, we would need to get more experience. Smith.....?

Maybe keep Hill and get Marion and run a small lineup of:

Nash
Richardson
Hill
Marion
Stoudemire/ RoLo

LOL....this goes right with what Grif was saying......I think he used the word "Reload" That would make this scenario The Matrix Reloaded. LOL This keeps PHX in Win-now mode. Lets take a look at what FA's would be ideal to match up with this team.

If we sign Marion I will be so happy!

But I think you guys are mistaken if you think we can afford both Marion and Chandler

Yeah, Jrich would have to be pawned off for nothing for that to happen. Which would be worth it though haha.

No Way! If we have Amare Marion and Richardson that would be by far the most unbelievable trio of players for Nash ever

Barbosa could fill his that role easily. We need a C, because I don't want Lopez starting at all.

If we buy out wallace's contract and resign Marion we could then use pavlovics 4-5 million contract to trade for a serviceable big men?

It's just that the situation in Phoenix hasn't changed at all since Marion left.... I don't know what would have made him change his mind about playing 3rd or 4th option in Phoenix.... outside of the abysmal stints he has had outside of Phoenix, I don't know if there is enough there to make it worth it except for our bleeding-heart fandom.

Why would we want a aged former Sun, if we are re-building? I do not care if we get him on the cheap. He is not the same player and will never be even with Nash. We have other needs besides aging shell of a Superstar, btw thats Nash's role. Also Gambo is only reporting this because he has an agenda.

Obviously, we'd be a weaker team, but I wonder if it'd make a difference to him if we went after him and still did the GS deal and got Biedrins. We'd need Marion's scoring.
