Suns shouldve kept Ben Wallace

Bad move. At least they would have a player who could rebound and play interior D even though he is well past his prime.
Another rotten season with a bunch of pansy ball. I predict we set an NBA record for fewest rebounds in a season

If he is done then why is Detroit and Atlanta looking to pick him up. He is a servicable big man who can play D and rebound. Think of him as a more athletic Kurt Thomas without a jump shot.

I'm sure we'll get more rebounds out of Frye or Stoudemire than we would out of Wallace. His body is basically done ... he can't handle big minutes anymore.

God, stop being an AW and making new threads. This was easily discussable in any of the other threads you created; seriously. No, Ben Wallace is not needed on this team. He has no gas left, especially not as a starter, he's had too much wear on his body, he's too slow to play our system, not to mention he wouldn't fit with Amar'e because even though he's completely useless on offense already, he would be unseen if we moved him away from the basket.

The Suns should have kept him till the deadline and tried using him as a trading chip but as for playing he's not the same player he once was. The Suns would have been better off having an undrafted rookie big play over the Ben Wallace of today.

Why dont the Suns trade to get Desanga Diop?

Because, it clutters up the **** board and pushes interesting topics down. You can post your thoughts in the offseason thread. If everyone started a new thread for every thought they had, this place wouldn't be tolerable. Hell, only one person doing it, it's getting that way.

They could use Pavlovic's contract, they do make similar amounts of cash but does he fit the Suns style of play even?

I think thats a great idea. It works on trade machine. Suns trade Sasha Palvoic for Desanga Diop. The Bobcats have 3 centers already as it is.
He is a big center who is physical and plays some great interior D. I say go for it! He also runs the court well

Ben Wallace sucks.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVj0FbhECOIHe just doesn't have it anymore. He has no offensive ability. And the Spurs would enjoy a Hack-A-BenWallace more than a Hack-A-Shaq.

Again, what he said. One of the reasons I left the ESPN boards for RealGM was that everything here was a bit more organized and less chaotic. Creating a new thread about every player completely defeats the purpose of having an "offseason" thread, and now our board looks like the ESPN board, which is lame.

I answered this in your other non-sense post... Maybe if you didnt have so many topics you would have noticed.
phungk wrote:statisback wrote:Now this guy is a good poster. However, why is everyone on here so anal about creating another post. What is the big deal?
Dude, we dont need a new topic on every Free Agent signed or ones we could possibly sign... This is why we have an "official offseason thread", which, if you havent noticed is being rarely used because of non-sense posters like yourself, making a new thread every time a piece of news comes up. I mean really dude... Chris Wilcox and Stromile Swift don't need their own topics on the "Phoenix Suns" Forum. Its obvious that you're just on here to instigate arguments so please just leave before you are banned.

There's nothing wrong with creating new threads(or else the "new topic" button wouldn't exist

!), but if there's already a thread that exists where you can post your ideas, then just use the existing thread.

How can someone honestly say we should've kept Big Ben? No doubt he had a solid career but c'mon, did anyone see him play last year? Anyone? Please just stop
