The 2010 second rounder from the Bobcats

That the Suns recieved from the J-Rich trade
So with them making that trade how do you guys think that pick has changed? Is it going to be higher or lower? I'm thinking lower in the 30's, not sure if it's going to be high or low 30's though. The Bobcats have a chance to be the worse team in the league with Boris Diaw basically as their best player, which could mean the Suns getting the #31 which is basically a late first without the salary. The Suns could still get a very good player with that pick plus the Suns still have their own second rounder. I know they don't have their first rounder but with the FA of 2010 I know we're all going to be more focused on FA than the draft but getting a pick in the #30's should be something to think about.
So what do you guys think about that second rounder? What players are projected to be drafted around that area and who would you want to see the Suns draft with that pick?

We will use it to draft John Wall's less talented brother Tom.

I'm still waiting for the Suns to use our last roster spot on Tony Durant.

I guess we can hope no player in the first round has a brother

Depends on how healthy the Cats manage to stay.
If they stay healthy they're making the playoffs. Last year they woulda made the playoffs if Kerr pulled off that dumbass J-Rich trade at the start of the season instead of waiting for December, and a 100% Tyson Chandler is about as good as Okafor (less skilled overall, but more size/way more active/better pick n roll player).
That said, G. Wallace/Chandler (+ Raja to a lesser extent) are all injury concerns.
Also depends on how well Henderson adapts to the NBA and what moves they make from now on. Larry Brown loves tinkering, and Felton didn't get his extension yet...

Just made me think that if we did the Ben Wallace for Chandler trade, we could have ended up with Okafor. Damn. Damn Damn Damn DAMN!

What about John Wall's left-leaning brother Berlin? Although I've heard he crumbles under pressure.

Yeah, coulda EASILY sent Big Ben to Hornets, Chandler to Cats, Okafor to Suns. Amare + Okafor woulda been SICK.
Then again, maybe the previous Bobcats/Suns trade left Stevie Kerr so traumatized that he crapped himself at the thought of trading with em

Agreed
A second round pick isn't gonna make a sudden impact on the team.
