My Dukeness does not permit me to answer this question unbiasedly.
However, once you have seen a game in Cameron Indoor Stadium (and as our resident Hill junkie knows I'm lucky enough to have seen my fair share), you know that no one could be as insane as these Duke students who camp out for literally months in a line up to Cameron to gain access to games. Never is there a game when they aren't full body painted, making chants as an entire stadium and jumping, yelling/heckling, dancing nonstop through the entire game. It would not be a good place to take someone you intend on being able to talk.

In basketball it's the Cameron Crazies, but in all sports, gotta go with the New Zealand rugby fans, this is how their team hypes up the fans every match, and makes the opposition crap themselves in the process. This arena gets LOUD!

I'd have to agree with
Miklo. After being there in person it is really a crazy atmosphere. Easily the best atmospheric sports event I have ever been to.

That sure beats the pants off a 300lb bowler and a set of pin-scrubs.
Its a toss up on the fans. The Dukies are much more organized and choreographed .... those euros get pretty fired up too, though I assume more alcohol is involved.
Can you imagine a section of fans of that boisterous caliber at a Suns game ??? They'd be asked to leave for creating a disturbance.

in Europe it's nothing but an indoor soccer-type atmosphere, except they're watching basketball, gotta love it.

The question is who do you want on your side, and i thought it was pretty obvious that i'd take the ones that can physically harm me over the ones that can sue me any game time.
