OT:Any other college students here?

Post#1 » by MaryvalesFinest » Sun Aug 9, 2009 8:08 pm

Well with school about to start in a few weeks just wondering how many other Suns fans currently attend college? If so what school are you attending, what year are you going in and what are your majoring in?

EMCC here, no major decided yet and going into my third year. I only took two classes my first year so it's not what you think

For everyone else you can also post what degree you got and school you attended or if you didn't go you can tell us why if you want

Nope, I graduated from Westview. Spent my freshman year out of state at another HS.

Going back to school a little late. I'll be a 27-year-old Junior at UA. Philosophy major with a minor in Biology. I took someone's advice here and decided against the community college teaching route. Plan on going to P.A. school now.

What aspect of urban dev/planning are you focusing on and what are you trying to do after grad school?

Sustainable Urbanism and Placemaking. After school, I want to work in the private sector b/c I have worked over 5 years in the public and non-profit and I really do not want to work in those fields. I want to design, create, plan on all scales.

Why do you ask miklo?

Going for my AA in Sports Management at Axia College of the University of Phoenix Online. I work for UOP, so it's a no brainer that I go here ;)

After this I'm going to get my Bachelor's in either Marketing, or Business Management.

Just wondering because I work with a company that consults to municipalities about their parking solutions, and we implement whatever system works for each city.
