So guess who popped in for a workout today at one of the training facilities I network with:

Jackson Vroman. lol. remember him?

Said he is on a mini vacation back in the states (all of Europe apparently goes on vacation during August) but is playing for a Lebanese pro team. 2 or 3 years he is gonna remain there...

working on his outside shot more.

NBA coaches told him to be rough and tough and be a banger while Euro is stressing bigs to learn how to shoot better.

You know, I always thought Maciej Lampe would have been an excellent complement to Amare, if he could only bulk up a bit and work on his conditioning. He was fluid and had a wide frame, and a nice outside shot.

I agree, I keep tabs on him every once in a while. He just needed to be tougher.
