GO MERCURY!

I didnt even know they were in the finals. I have no idea who is on our roster except for Durasi (sorry if I spelled it wrong).

But they deserve support. When are the games on? How many games in the series? Is it at US Airways center? sh#t I will go watch them play. How much are tix? do they sellout finals games? (only asking because regular season games have like 20 people at them)

I normally don't say anything about the misspellings of the word "their, they're, and there" because it would be lame for me to do sit up here and correct people on grammar and spelling like it really matters on an internet chat board. But in this case it totally messed up the song for me (you should have used "they're"). So I wanted to do a public service and educate everyone about these words. I'm not picking on SDU. It seems no one knows how to uses these words. I thought it was an American problem, but apparently it isn't. I cant believe I have typed a paragraph this long about this. What a waste of your time and mine. This is easily my stupidest, most pointless, post ever. And believe I have made some very pointless posts before.

"There" - at specific a place or point. ex: "He is over there."

"Their" - a possessive word usually used before a noun to show that the object belongs to "them". ex: "That is their car."

"They're" - a contraction that means "They are".
ex: "They're going to the store."

No knock on the Mercury or anything but looking at the last game the arena was almost full. I mean if people pay to watch womens basketball why not go support the Coyotes? If people attended games they wouldn't even be talking about relocating...

that is def a knock on the mercury and pretty offensive to women's sports. im not going to pretend that the wnba is as fun to watch as the nba, but i love basketball and i far prefer watching the mercury to watching the coyotes.

mercury are one of the most entertaining teams in the wnba too and its nice to see them winning again this year. they are also setting a good example for our boys by playing fast and scoring in bunches but locking down on D when things get nasty.

I thought the game was f'n awesome. I saw on espn the game 1 was on and so i turned it on from the start. Holy **** can Taurasi ball. Excellent game. Seems the Merc have great team chemistry and its funny how they emulate the Suns (fast paced high octane offense). I'm def. watching game 2 tonight.

Fantastic that I found out after that game that KERR BOUGHT THE ENTIRE UPPER SECTION AND GAVE THEM AWAY FOR FREE!!

HOLY CRAP

I just watched the replays from the game. They scored 120 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pondexter (whoever the f that is) strokin. tarausi making NBA threes and driving and dishing. man that looked great. Diving on the floor countless times (both teams). That was great.

Going for their 2nd chip in 3 years. i had no idea. Gonna see if I can get tickets to take my 5 yr old daughter to one of these finals games. Show her that females can achieve also. Wow.

*Edit: found tix on CL for us$50 center court row 18... wow

Most of the game Indiana had the Mercury's numbers. The comeback was amazing though; I was there! I'm going again tonight. You can't argue with FREE tickets!

Can't dunk but good fundamentals, also - Snoo Snoo, as mentioned previously.

I started off digging Katey Douglas but now I'm holding our for Penny Taylor.

kidding aside, I'm really enjoying these games. Reminds me of the game up here when I was in school - same kind of aggressive offense and defense, no-one could dunk, no real athletic freaks. After 40 minutes people were dying on the court, just balls-out all the way.
