The League Pass Broadband site is not up yet for this season, so I have a couple questions for anyone who knows..
How much does it usually cost? Is it worth it?
How does it work - can you watch any game?
Is the resolution good (could I connect my computer to my TV via HDMI and get good resolution on the TV?

I had the League Pass last year (not broadband, just TV) and was disappointed. Yes you get all the games (except the major ones that were shown on NBATV, rrrraaaaggggeeeee!!!!!), but it was standered 480p definition. Some games showed there were in HD, but none of the games were broadcast in HD. Could have been my provider (Cox sucks Coxs).
IDK about the broadband part though.

http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/online.htmllooks like it's $134.95 for the season
you can see a demo here:
http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/demo/index.htmli'm also interested since i just built an HTPC and have it connected to my projector via hdmi. i always get league pass with time warner cable but no HD. i am curious to know how the online version is. it looks somewhat new and upgraded tho.
but $135 is pricier than i expected for an online service although still $50 cheaper than regular league pass with your tv.
it does looks to broadcast in high quality as it's widescreen whereas the league pass on cable is standard definition.
it looks like you can watch any game (although they have a cheaper price for up to 7 teams). and you can even watch 3 at a time. and games are archived for up to 2 days after it's played in case you miss it.

Thanks!
I am trying to decide between regular or choice. Seems like I only need 7 teams although it would be nice to know there will be a game every night that I can watch. Yea, not worth it. If there's only 2 games on and they are teams I don't care about I will just play 2K10 lol.

I have a question about LEAGUE PASS BROADBAND CHOICE coz its kinda confusing...imagine this scenario.
I live in Chicago and I am going to watch the Suns games via broadband. Will the Bulls vs. Suns games be available as well, or will there be blackout becoz I live in Chicago?

all in market teams will be blacked out.
so if you live in chicago, you will not be able to see any bulls games on league pass broadband since all bulls games are on tv in chicago = no bulls vs.suns ever.

the market is dictated by the actual physical location of your internet connection.

I checked the schedule there are two games for Suns vs. Bulls. One of them will be on espn360, the other one I will have to find it somewhere (don't have TV in my college dorm)

Yeah I hate the Lakers but I have to at least consider putting them as they will have some big games
What about this wiretap aricle
Blazers Will Stream Games Online
Should we even buy league pass or will all teams do this???

"Mike Barrett points out the fact that Comcast Sportsnet Northwest has yet to reach an agreement with satellite providers. Because of that, many
fans could be out in the cold when it comes to watching games THIS season."
if you are Blazers fan...good for you.
for all other teams...keep hoping.
For everyone.....stick with leaguepass this season

Get a slingbox ($300) and hook it to someones spare cable line in AZ where you get all the Suns games. I think the home games are available outside of the Phnx area... but not sure.
Anyone know for certain ?
Thats something I am considering.
You would also receive, via your computer, whatever else is on that person's cable package.... and in my case, due to my movie junkie stepdad, its everything

availabe in HD too

Couldn't pay me to watch BOS, I can't stand them and their "swagger." Orlando is going to be a fun team to watch especially with J-Dub back.
I'd go with PHX, ORL, POR, CLE, CHI, NOR and either DAL or SAN

I'd go with
Phoenix
Orlando
Toronto
Oklahoma
Indiana
Golden State
Chicago (seriously fell in love with that team last playoffs against BOS, was amazing)
