Amare with just 2 rebounds in 32 min

Okay.. I know its only preseason but in all his preseason games thus far, his rebounding numbers are atrocious. I hope this doesnt carry over to reg season

It's alright, Amare is a scorer not a rebounder we always knew that. If he stops scoring than I would worry but as long as he's putting up 20-30 a game he could have 1 rebound and it wouldn't make a difference.

What??? He needs to get at least 8-10 rbs per game no matter what! With his strength and athleticism and size there are no excuses!

i expect him to recover full ´til the allstar break. then we will see if he get´s his old form back or if he´s turn out to be olowokandi part II..

Well... I would give him more credit than Kandiman...
At least he has 4 all star appearances

there's no excuse out there for him not to grab 10 boards a game. Hey amar'e, stat, sun tzu, king of street ball whatever you want to be called. How about this. Go and grab 10 rebounds a game play good post D and you'll be richer beyond your wildest dreams.

like i said, he should turn in his beast modus after the break, before i expect him to be a 15 pt / 8 reb guy..

So let me get this straight, you talk about Amare like he is a god, who deserves all our love, then you can start a thread ripping his efforts? Man what a hypocrite! All you did was show that people who rip Amare were right all along.

You can't have it both ways. You should shut the heck up when one of us rips him, and don't go insane,. You are now just realizing what many have seen coming for quite some time. The scouting report is out, and has been out. Amare is going to get out rebounded by everyone he faces if they listen to their coaches and watch some film.

Well that kinda says something when we get outboarded by that, Amare plays poor, Frye and JRich have shockers and we STILL beat them...

It's pretty evident to me that some players (esp JRich) just aren't trying that hard bc its preseason

Which really pisses me off.

As far as Amar'e, I agree that he won't be in top form for a while, but that sucks, you know? If until the Allstar break we get 2-5 boards from him, who's gonna get any rebounds? Frye with 5? Lou with 5? Uh oh is all I can say

I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE CONTINUE TO GIVE AMARE CRAP. Admit it or not, he is the best player on our team and is a great player. Its preseason and he is not focused on rebounding. and those continuing on trying to trade him, thats so (Please Use More Appropriate Word). Amare will be gone if he can't lead this team to +.500 winning percentage by the All-Star break.

You're right he is our best player, and if he can't succeed with this suppporting cast then he's gone.

So, just to address RunDog....

Just because I am being critical of Amare doesnt mean I think he is a terrible player. Geez! For you its either Black or White. How is that being a hypocrite? I will call out any player whether its Michael Jordan or Smush Parker realizing that MJ is the greatest ever and Smush is garbage.
