According to Hoopsworld whos hot and whos not:
http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=14361Poopsworld wrote:Western Sophomore – Goran Dragic, Phoenix Suns: After a solid start to the season, Dragic has a tough week for the Western Conference leading Suns. The Yugoslavian point guard shot .357 from the field with an assist to turnover ratio just over one to one, culminating in a season low five minutes in the team's victory over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night.
Yugoslavian??
He had a couple bad games where the defense was all over him. Everytime he had the ball in his hands, Toronto double teamed him and used a semi full court defense. Obviously they didnt see him play last year.
Screw Hoopsworld! I will stop reading stuff from them.......................for the rest of the day.

Wasn't Slovenia part of Yugoslavia till 1991 or something? Dragic's like 19 or 20 so so maybe they just got confused by one of two years or something

Every day, I'm amazed at just how incompetent that site's "writers" are. Typos everywhere, poorly researched information, regurgitated and unoriginal opinions ... bleh.

Funny how instead of just correcting it, they cross out Yugoslavia and write Slovenia next to it. Makes me feel like they think im an ass.

You might want to update your Globe as Dragic is from Slovenia. It hasnt been called Yugoslavia since 1991.

No problem - thank you for the note. Sorry Goran - we know that's not a mistake we want to make.
