I really feel bad for Tucker... He just never had the chance with the Suns. Phoenix should just trade him somewhere where he can hopefully get some playing time can at least show that he belongs in the league.

I like Tuck. He's just not an NBA type player. Good luck wherever he ends up.

I really enjoyed that entry, and not in a schadenfreude way

He's not an NBA caliber player. He may be a great guy, but he's dead weight for us, and pretty much any team in the NBA I'd guess.

He could be an all-star on the Nets...

I still don't understand why he was drafted over guys like Marc Gasol, Carl Landry or Glen Davis when at the time the Suns needed a big...

I feel for Tucker, I think he's a stand up guy. I've always liked him. For a long time I was running around here campaigning for more playing time. Unfortunately I too do not see a future for him in the NBA. He is very passionate about the game, though, so I think he just needs to go overseas or something where he can flourish a little bit.

good read. gotta admire Lando for his positive outlook despite a tough situation in PHX.

he should be happy. he gets paid a million bucks to ride the bench.

Yeah I thought he had potential up until this season. Cut him, keep Collins. He'll never see playing time here, lets see Iverson suit up in orange and purple.

yah, alando. its the money situations keeping you off the court...

He's a practice player. Same as the Shirley or Yuta or Burke: The main squad has to practice against someone, and so you need a couple guys at the end of the bench to do that.

And that's OK.

When we get a chance, we'll trade him to a team that can use him better, for something we need more than a practice player.

Alando is by all accounts and exceptional person; I hope he finds the right situation - it'snot like he's Taylor Griffin. The guy has skills, he's a great team-mate and has a great attitude. Got to be somewhere that needs him.

As a person I'm sure he's a great human. As a player he needs to find a destiny elsewhere, that's all.

I'm certainly not happy that he prolly isn't going to make it in this league but it was quite predictable. From memory that draft wasn't the strongest and we go after a point-getting swingman ... you should be going for a solid role-player in situations like that.

Sad thing is I wouldve like to see DJ stay here but we had to axe him instead of Tucker cos Tucker was taken in the 1st round and DJ in the 2nd (relating to contracts).

I actually think Tucker will be a solid Euro player, if he eventually makes it over there.

DJ was overrated on this board imo. good defender but terrible pg skills and bad shooter. his ball-handling was worse than my ex-gf's.
