Final 8 games of 2009

Post#1 » by Qwigglez » Wed Dec 16, 2009 9:18 pm

@ Blazers 12/17
Vs Wizards 12/19
Vs Cavaliers 12/21
Vs Thunder 12/23
Vs Clippers 12/25
@ Warriors 12/26
Vs Lakers 12/28
Vs Celtics 12/30

Blazers just played the Kings last night and only had 9 players dressed out. It was their third victory in 9 games. I think if the Suns go out there with aggression, they should get the W.
Wizards have played very poorly so far into the season. Losers of five straight going against the Kings tonight. They play the Suns on a back-to-back (Against the Warriors, night before going against the Suns). Should be an easy win.
The Cavaliers play the the Mavericks on the 20th and then the Suns the next night. So they should be exhausted.
The Thunder play the Suns on a back-to-back, going against the Lakers the previous night before this game. Currently on a two game losing streak.
Unsure when Blake Griffin gets back. Only team to get three days rest before going against us (so far)
The Warriors also get three days rest before going against the Suns. This is the second game of a back-to-back. Good thing its not against the Lakers at least.
Lakers Vs Suns should be a good game or a blow out. A straight up game.
And lastly, against the Celtics. Only thing I could find about their schedule leading up to this game is the Suns are their last stop on their four game road trip. Against the Magic, Clippers, Warriors, and then the Suns. Better believe Doc Rivers will talk about how the Suns beat them in their home court.

Honestly, I think the Suns could win ALL of these games, yet could also lose ANY of these games as well. They just have to bring it every night.
Worst-Case Scenario 22-11? I'm hoping for 23-10 by the start of 2010.

6-2. Win the games we should, lose the games we should. Easy as that.

I didn't feel like looking through a bunch of threads, especially with four or five of the most recent ones being locked because of someone's immaturity.
Plus that thread didn't talk about what the other teams schedule is looking like before against the Suns.

Tough month, last year after Dec they were 18-13 I think so anything more wins or less losses would be an acommplishment from last season and it should happen considering they are at 17-8 now.

The most important thing in this stretch is to NOT DROP GAMES TO CRAP TEAMS. Games against contenders are always 50/50 at best so it's understandable if we lose, but it's inexcusable to lose to teams like the Clippers and Wizards.

Any team can beat you on a given night (just ask the Lakers) but I think we close out the month either 7-1 or 8-0.
