Jason Richardson

Richardson has sucked on offense and has played with low basketball IQ but... do you think his defense is pretty good or just mediocre?

Im think you're walking a thin line with these threads man....

Couldnt you post this is any other thread on JRich or perhaps the game thread?

His defence is like Barbosa and Nash, he tries, he just isn't that good. If you put Dudley's brain in Richardson's body, WOW...

+1

He just gets lost so often. House and Allen are doing whatever they want to with him while everyone else has had to work for their scoring. His defense isn't really even mediocre. It's just effort with not much to show for it

Unless he can get his point average back to at least 17-18 I want him traded still.

Considering he can't defend or make plays, unless he averages 25ppg, I want him traded.

Can you imagine any realistic trade that wouldn't weaken us? I don't see one

Just saw this via twitter:

Intrepid @ Suns: J-Rich says "there is no excuse for the way I've been playing", since hurting hand @ Denver he is shooting 25.6% from '3'
The Phoenix Suns - 54-28. Projected Record: 54-28 3rd Seed

The Phoenix Suns - 2010-2011 Projected Record: 30-52 3rd lottery pick.

Contrarily, I think he should be re-signed in PHX after his contract is up, albeit at a much lower rate. He and Amare are a nice 1/2 to have, I am also happy with his defense this year.

There isn't one. But any trade that would bring us a players that is half-decent and with a shorter deal than JRich would be considered a win for us. JRich has a bad contract, there aren't any teams that will take his deal while giving us young talent or a better player in return.

I'm all for a TMEC + Budinger for JRich + LB.

I would take T-Mack for Rich and Barbs, especially if we could pry Buddinger too.....You know he is a UofA guy (Kerr is salavating).

As an aside, Jrich sucks, he must still be hurt. Total waste of a starter spot. Start Dudley.

He needs to go. Maybe he can do something stupid and they can void his contract. Another DUI/DWI perhaps? :D

We aren't a contender nor will any single move make us a contender.
