OT: Cardinals playoff run starts Sunday

Post#1 » by DaDragicShow » Fri Jan 8, 2010 8:59 pm

Get ready boys, the playoffs are back for your Arizona Cardinals as they play the Green Bay Packers Sunday at 2:00pm. Who's all pumped up for another playoff run by the Cards?

I'd like to see them win of course but I don't have a good feeling about this one. I just wish they could have got a matchup with a different team, I would have even rather see them play the Vikings or Saints because when Green Bay is in a zone it's pretty tough to beat. The way I look at it though is if they beat them they could beat anyone and go back to the SB.

Mary, as long as they play at home they got a great chance of advancing. Now if they played at Lambeu field id be a little nervous.

I hope Boldin and Cromartie are able to go. If they aren't it will greatly hinder our chances.

drc's supposed to be alright. Bolding didn't practice yesterday though...

And they've played better on the road than they have at home this year, which worries me. But still, the Cards have an absurdly high ceiling when they play to their potential, so I honestly believe they can beat anybody when they play their best

We don't need Boldin to win games. DRC is more important this week with GB's passing attack. Not saying we're a better w/o Boldin but we are 5-1 in our last 6 w/o him including the Carolina playoff game last year. With that said i like the Cards to come out and play very well. As long as we don't turn it over and the line can protect Kurt we got this. PROTECT THE NEST!!!

Ok we may not NEED Boldin to win games but regardless he really really helps us win games. Look Breaston and Doucet isn't as good as Boldin and Breaston. I like Breaston and Doucet but Boldin will be missed.

I'll agree DRC being healthy is more imporant and I'm hoping Campbell and Rolle and Lutui play as well. They all should. Little things like having Ben Patrick and Dan Krieder returning will boost the run game and Bertrand Berry will of course be starting he wasn't last game.

Packers aren't going to have an easy team we gotta get out early get a lead.

I say we go no huddle first series. I think we'd set a tone come out firing. No time to waste let's go whoop that green and yellow BEHIND.

GO CARDINALS!!!

I'm calling it now. Fitz is gonna get 200+ yards, 3 tds. He always steps it up in the playoffs. :)

Its a tough call. But I think the Cards are going to put them away early. Hopefully we get a good running game because that opens up the field so much more for Kurt Warner.

Looks like Warner probably will retire after the post season

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/ ... id=4813241

Guessing next season their going to give Matt Leinart a year to prove himself and if he can't get a QB in the 2011 draft

I don't know if he will or not. They're is alot of stories running around this time of year. I just find it skeptical that Warner would announce this right before the game...
