First everyone hates him, forever...Cant give the guy a break, he is a newbie and gets no playing time yet everyone smack talks him and includes him in trade talks when everyone is saying the Suns need a good big...
Then he plays well a few times and is showing potential now people are all over his nuts.
Reminds me of Earl Clark too, everyone hates on him and his 7 minutes a game of sporadic time..Funny.

I never really hated Lopez, I didn't think he'd have potential to become anything good. I guess I was proven wrong.

Next time I guarantee he fouls out in 6 minutes with 1 board.

I've never hated on Fropez, I like him just think it can be ridiculously funny when he racks up fouls.

Mikklo, ever seen some of the calls he gets, he breathes on people and gets called for fouls...

Another disadvantage he has playing on a "finesse" (soft) team.

..but have you ever watched his hands? All over his man, constantly, pushing with 2 hands, groping, etc etc...he's usually asking for it.

At least he's asking for it. Frye wants no part of it at all.

People hate him for several reasons.
1.) Suns weren't suppose to have him. Suns are suppose to have Al Horford/Jeff Green/Yi Jianlian/Brandon Wright instead the Hawks get lucky in the draft and sneak into their lucky top three protected pick!
2.) Suns fans see guys like Roy Hibbert, DeAndre Jordan, Courtney Lee play better even though they were picked AFTER Lopez.
3.) Brooke Lopez is a beast, and they are twin brothers. Why the hell can't Robin produce?
4.) His hair.He looks dopey.
5.) His socks. You aren't Elliot Perry.
6.) His voice. A wannabe-Dikembe Mutombo.
Feel free to add on the list as to why Suns fans dislike Robin Lopez.

As mentioned before on another thread, he was a bad pick than and is still a bad pick now but the positive is he would definately be a better starting center for the Suns than Frye because at leaast he can block/alter shots and score in the low post.

2b) Speights, Hickson, Batum, Ibaka, er... need I continue?
3b) I live in NYC and can watch the Nets all the time. IMHO, Brook is slow, unathletic, and can only produce as the go-to guy on the worst team the NBA has ever known
4-6) In addition to that, he looks and sounds dumb, silly, and stupid Not exactly that type of a player one would want on a team lead by Steve Nash

Few people hated him as deeply as I did. No longer. He's shown he's got potential. All I've seen in the past 10 games or so that I've watched was honest to goodness defense and hard work.
Yeah, he pushes a little too much and reaches in a little too much, but with playing time will come the experience not to do that. Just needs his chance

Idk when it happened. Somewhere along the line when he was afraid to post-up Bibby in ATL and stumbled in-bounds tonight.

I agree... Honestly.... I have a feeling we may be trading Amare... I hope it's not true but if it happens and we trade for young talent and/or expirings.... Frye would be starting PF
