Just read an article where he said that the only way he'll make a trade if it made the team better in the long run and gaining financial leverage BUT he said he’s really hoping the team re-ignites the form they displayed earlier this season. Could it mean that he doesn't want to make a trade because i think deep down he doesn't want to break up this team and there is nothing out there to replace Amare Stoudemire so Cleveland Cavaliers stop calling about Amare because you have nothing to offer the Suns unless you are giving us LBJ.

Unless you think the Suns are going to give Amare the max, then you have to face the reality that Amare will be traded. Go visit the Amare trade thread and read my last couple posts, and they will explain the reality of what the Suns are facing, and why even the horrible Cleveland trade is a better solution than letting Amare walk.

I believe it was in a blog on Suns.com
Its just a way of Kerr to give out useless information. He's just reiterating what we've been hearing for the past few years...

I'm actually curious - if management is actually taking a wait-and-see approach, how many games will it take before they make a decision?
Although something tells me that the overarching theme here is waiting for a good trade offer to come through. I mean we could win the next 15 games but Kerr is still gonna pull the trigger on JRich for LeBron

If there was a game that decided it, I'm guessing it was last night's Utah game. I think Kerr will make a trade before the deadline regardless. Any trade (so long as it includes young cheap talent, and the rest in expiring contracts and draft picks) is better than letting Amare walk for nothing.

Yeah i don't like Beasley but i'd do it for the picks so we could trade up to top 5. I do think letting him walk wouldn't be awful, D Lee isn't a bad backup plan. As for Kerr he's in a terrible position, kinda feel for the guy.

Wouldn't read too much into it. The last time Kerr said if a trade goes down, it will be to get better basketball-wise, then he traded Shaq for cap space.

We need to ship J-Rich / Clark out and try to find a real SF or SG to give us some boost.

We need to do it before the rest of the NBA figures out how terrible this guy is.

Are you for real? Clark just needs time to develop. What do you really expect out of a rookie who a never gets consistent minutes. He is one of the few young prospects this team has. Its funny because everyone on this board hated on Dragic, but now with consistent playing time he is really flourishing. Same thing with Rolo, everyone hates, but once he gets some burn, he starts looking pretty good. Notice a pattern here... So go ahead and keep hating on Earl Clark, he will prove you wrong in time.

Mark my words: Clark will never, EVER, be anything more than a 15mpg-20mpg roleplayer, if that. He will never be a star, a starter, or anything like that.

Just stop already. We've heard your opinion on the matter, unfortunately you have no facts to back up your statements about EC.

My statement is you can't develop a rookie unless he gets playing time which is 100 percent true. You're becoming the biggest troll on this board. Congrats

I'm not trolling. Trolling is saying things just to rile people up. I honestly believe EC is one of the biggest problems of our team. We are NOT here to develop players, we're here to WIN. We're not a lottery team until we've started playing Clark more. Seriously guys, this dude is a joke if he wants to develop let him go play in the D-League. If you think the D-League is a joke, YOU'RE a joke. It has a purpose.
We're trying to win guys. Not develop "young talent"
