ESPN Playoff Simulation

Post#1 » by Qwigglez » Thu Apr 1, 2010 9:56 pm

http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/predictions

Lol I simulated 15 times, 11 times the Suns didn't even make it past the first round. 2 times the Suns made it to the Finals. And 1 time the Suns won the championship ring against Cleveland :D

Cleveland won 9 times out of the 15.
Pretty interesting and fun...

I just did it once, just on the first time the Suns made it all the way to the finals but lost to the Cavs.

Lol. The first ten times the Nuggets made an upset. I was starting to think it was rigged.
Now I am trying to see the Thunder win.

First time I did it the Suns beat the Hawks in the finals. I'd take it!

I tried it once..it was underdog city. SA beat LA, we Beat SA to match up a conference finals with OKC (who beat the jazz and portland) whom we beat and we beat Cleveland in the finals. wow.

I've run that simulator at least fifty times now and I've never seen us get past Denver. Screw you, ESPN!

Suns won it all on my first try! Beat Spurs in the second round, then beat mavs in the conference finals and took down cavs in the finals

I did it a ton of times.... Each time we got to the finals was because Spurs beat Lakers in 1st round then we almost always beat the Spurs. Beat Mavs in Conf finals and Cavs in Finals... Haha, would love to see that happen!

I've had the Jazz, Nuggets, Thunder, and Spurs winning it all, but I can't get the Suns past the Lakers in the second round so far.

I'm bad luck.

Right now in Hollinger's playoff odds they have the seeding at...
1. Lakers
2. Jazz
3. Suns
4. Nuggets
5. Mavericks
6. Thunder
7. Blazers
8. Spurs

That is almost my ideal playoff seeding.
This would be perfect. Or near perfect.
1. Lakers
2. Suns
3. Nuggets
4. Mavericks
5. Jazz
6. Blazers
7. Thunder
8. Spurs

Ideally, any situation where the Suns play the Thunder in the first round and then in the second round face the Nuggets would be sweet. Spurs playing the Lakers in the first round would also be the best case scenario.
