He came in overweight and without training, and he got beat up by an old man. Maybe next time he is considering not training, he will remember he is the laughing stock of MMA and get his lazy butt in the gym.

This also got him booted off the next Affliction card, so it cost him a good deal of money.

Again, Cammo with ridiculous fighter bashing. From every account of Sylvia in the gym, he is an absolute workhorse. He endures more at the hands of Miletich than anyone ever before in that camp.

He came into the fight over 300 pounds. Unless you are going on the assumption that he spent all his free time away from the gym at McDonalds, then I am going way out on a limb and predicting he did not train quite as much as old Pat would have liked.
