Also, I've heard it from places like Inside MMA that Roy Nelson is on the show, if anyone was looking for confirmation. I saw a full list of the fighters on a message board, and there were a few other guys we may have heard of/UFC vets (mostly in the same way Jason Dent was a UFC vet though....one or two losses and out). I forget if Wes Sims was on the list, but I did see a headline about him spoiling TUF. Could have been bogus, I didn't click it. Knowing the list of fighters is about all I want to know going in.

*EDIT*

Just read that Nelson and Sims are both on it.

+1 Nelson is a 100% legit fighter, all those internet fighters and ex-nfl dudes are in for it.

I mean honestly if you were to punch his belly... could he feel it? It is like the Blob ala Brotherhood of Mutants.

Don't let the beer gut fool you, Nelson is a very good fighter. He is a top 25 HW in the world and a much better fighter than anyone else on TUF.

Roy Nelson is pretty good, and has to be considered the favourite, but let's not get carried away. His biggest name win is Brad Imes.

It's entirely possible that out of the 16 fighters in the house, one guy (or more) who hasn't had the same exposure will be better.

I know he is a respectable fighter... but in that pic I can't help but to think of him.

He also lost razor close split decisions to Ben Rothwell and Jeff Monson, two top 15 heavyweights. Nelson is and should be a huge favorite.

Me too. And I think you could make a pretty good argument that he beat Rothwell while in the IFL.

I'm so excited for this season.

It has the potential to be the best season since the first.

And as for Nelson, if I had to bet on one guy to take it, I'd probably pick him just because I know he's at least somewhat legit, but if I could just choose between him and the field, I'm taking the field, 100%.

That was a great video.
Like one of the responders to the video said, finally they put some money into the production.

That really got me psyched. This season has so much potential, ecspecially coming off the crappy one we just had.
I hated Kimbo before, but now i'm pulling for the guy haha.
