He dropped down to 145 and has been fighting in regional shows. He had to pull out of a fight with Javier Vasquez a few months back that would have been a pretty big fight.

Sweet Din 2 Litre Thomas last fought on that March Badness show.

And yeah, I think he's just doing regional/smaller shows at the moment.

He'd make a great addition to the WEC featherweight roster though.

Not really related, but I want to see Gerald Harris fight in the UFC or Strikeforce. I liked him on TUF.

Last I heard (several months ago) he was training with Rampage. I guess he just doesn't quite have what it takes. He has some of the sickest slams I have seen, though.

I know Din Thomas has his own gym down in Florida. American Top Team-Port St. Lucie. I think one of the big reasons that he hasn't gone to the WEC is because he and Mike Brown are teammates and training partners.

As far as Harris, he was developing some skill with Quest before he left for AZCS. Definitely not as proven as Team Quest, but they might be the top up and coming team right now. Bader, Dollaway, Varner, Condit, Forbes, Steinbeiss Brothers, Aaron Simpson, Joe Riggs, and Harris.

Hardee, do they have a good boxing coach or do they only do Muay Thai and BJJ?

The Lally brothers teach all the striking, the MT style they teach concentrates much more on the hands than most places. But to answer your question Monday is hands day. Friday is Knee/elbow/MT clinch, the rest is your basic MT.
