What's quite promising, I've noticed from your list, is that there is a good few HW's on that list certainly a good sign for the division thats in need of some padding, right now you get a win and you almost can say your in title contention - that's how shallow it can feel at times.

I got to go with Paul Daley and Aaron Simpson. Simpson has only been training MMA for 2years and he is already undefeated on the big show, Daley is just a FOTN waiting to happen. I've trained with many UFC fighters and Simpson is p4p one of the toughest. His 1st week with a gi on I saw him submit a blk belt.

Akiyama should have been the best newcomer, with Lil Nog close behind. But hasn't yet performed that well.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

I think you've got Roy Nelson about 3 spots too high and would move Thiago ahead of Sexy-yama just because of what each has accomplished in the UFC. Ganted I think that Sexy-yama will be a better MW than Thiago a LHW, but I think Thiago's accomplished more in the UFC.

I personally liked Paulo Thiago. I remember how big of a deal it when when he knocked out Josh Koscheck. He was **** out....

Jon Jones if he wouldn't have the DQ on his record.

I think he debuted in 2008.

Correct. He was not an 09 guy.

Yeah, I think this year Akiyama deserves the nod. And I suppose Nelson for his splash in TUF.

Next year will most probably be the year of Lil'Nog

I think Mike Pierce deserves to be on this list. With wins over Larson and Haskins and a very close decision loss to Jon Fitch, I'd say his year was more impressive than that of Hendricks.
