Ultimate Takedown Championship is a pretty apt term. Haha.

It is Silva's responsibility to make sure he is not taken down if he wants to strike. Great strikers better have great takedown defense.

Don't need a new thread for this, here are newly released posters-

Also, there is a rumor that Kimbo will fight on the March Versus FN21 card with Vera/Jones.

Ahh so they've offically called that match for the interim. Dana White has been umming and arring back and forth over that in interviews the past couple of weeks - even last week I saw him saying "it will NOT be a title match".

Good to see any way.

When one person doesn't want to fight and instead wants to stall, they need to bear responsibility in the score cards. Rashad wanted to wait out a win by avoiding engaging with subs or strikes.

When that guy ran against Nate Quarry, I don't see much of a difference between that and Rashad.

The 110 poster is pretty cool.

The 111 poster looks like crap. Dan Hardy looks half asleep and is holding his fist in about the least threatening way possible. GSP isn't exactly a picture of intensity either.

Carwin likes the look of Mir's lips.

I don't care for how Rashad fought either, but you can't compare what he did to what Starnes did. Starnes was running from Quarry, Rashad was going at Silva with a ton of takedowns. There are plenty of guys who would have not allowed Rashad to take them down nearly as much if at all.

It was lame though because Rashad had no top game whatsoever.
