Can't wait for my boy Scott Jorgensen to be a UFC champ, after he beats Cruz .

This makes sense for all the cuts - like I said - he was lining up to have more payroll - UFC now needs to pay WEC no need to have high payroll low attraction fighters like GG and Cote ..

It is a win/win. Adding these new classes brings in new and exciting fighters who have great fights while allowing the UFC to trim the fat off their roster because they are no longer needed.

Because 50% of the UFC fans are Affliction wearing tools, hopefully they showcase the lower weight classes on some freebies to get the douches up to speed. I see the WEC as some nice gate keepers. Here some FON fights I'd like to see: Varner/Danzig, Danzig's non aggressive style would bring the best out of Jaime. Cerrone/Kenflo Cowboys not on the level of Kneflo but how awsome would that be. Bendo/Maynard someone needs to guillotine that chump Grey, Bendo got a BB in TKD thats what makes him so good in keeping distance and setting up the guillotine, and Grey needs to get choked sooo bad. Shalarous/Fisher a violent fight with FOTN written all over it. PPV :I would love to see BJ/Aldo but I just cant see Pedenarais letting 2 guys he gave blk belts to fight.

Cerrone and Florian probably won't happen because they train together, but it would be a great fight. FOTN for sure.

They loosely train together through Jackson, yeah. But I don't know if Kenny's that tight with all of Jackson's fighters. That would be a killer style match-up. I think Cerrone has a real lack of precision that Kenny would take advantage of. That's my sense anyways. Visually, Cowboy looks like he's got 15 pounds on Kenny, though. And he's improving.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

Weird how I called UFC cutting payroll for a reason and bam they did this like 2hrs later.

I think the cuts pretty much show they may only make a couple more shows a year (maybe more FN's?), reason being is they are trimming the fat it looks like, and makes space for the "draws" in the now 7 divisions.

Its great I think now, should in theory mean that every single event except Europe events, will have either a title fight or a #1 contender fight - 7 divisions allows so much more scope.

Whats better still, more money to the likes of the WEC champs and top end fighters, no more 45k paychecks for being the best 145'er. More exposure for them aswell. Which is awesome.

I am quite pleased for it, yes I liked WEC as its own thing, but I think as a whole, for me its just so much easier to have it as the UFC, and we gain a lot from it I think.

Shame to see WEC go, but great news for over all events, no more Sunday night WEC's! Thank god.
